Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to feel good about ordering from us, so this policy is written to be read rather than skimmed past. If anything here is unclear, email hello@tryquietsignal.com and a person will answer.
The 90-Day Empty Bottle Promise
This applies to every 3-bottle (90-day supply) order, one-time or subscription.
Use all three bottles as directed — one dropper along the part and hairline, once daily. If at ninety days you can’t see a difference, contact us and we’ll refund your order in full. Not store credit, not a partial refund. Your money back.
How to claim:
- Email hello@tryquietsignal.com within 120 days of your order date
- Include your order number and a photo of the three empty bottles
- We’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days
We ask for the photo rather than the bottles themselves — it saves you a trip to the post office and saves us both the shipping cost. One claim per customer.
Why ninety days and not thirty? Because results in this category take eight to twelve weeks, and a thirty-day guarantee on a ninety-day product isn’t really a guarantee. We’d rather size it to the timeline we actually believe in.
Standard returns — unopened products
If you change your mind, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return on any unopened, unused product in its original packaging.
Email hello@tryquietsignal.com with your order number to start a return. We’ll send you return instructions and the address. Please don’t send anything back before contacting us — unrequested returns can’t be processed.
Return shipping is at your cost unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Opened bottles cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, as is standard for personal care products. If you’ve opened it and it isn’t working for you, the 90-Day Empty Bottle Promise above is what covers you.
Damaged, defective or incorrect orders
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, leaking, or isn’t what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement or refund you in full — your choice, and no return needed.
Subscriptions
You can pause, skip, change the frequency of, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account. It takes two clicks. There’s no phone call, no chat window, and no retention process to sit through.
We email you three days before each renewal charge, so nothing arrives as a surprise.
If a renewal charges after you meant to cancel, email us. If it hasn’t shipped, we’ll cancel and refund it. If it has shipped, keep it — we’ll refund it anyway and you don’t need to send it back.
Refund timing
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few days more to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund, please contact us.
Non-returnable
- Opened or used products (except under the 90-Day Empty Bottle Promise)
- Gift cards
- Anything returned without contacting us first
